Our founder and CEO, Dr. S.H. Tan holds a Ph.D. in Electronics, Computer & Systems Engineering specializing in Non-Stationary Signal Analysis using Neural Networks from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.

S.H. is also founder of Values First Consulting Pte Ltd, an established engineering firm based in Penang, Malaysia with a successful track record of having provided mission-critical equipment integration software products to some of the most recognizable semiconductor companies in the world today for over 25 years.
